– Captain: An experienced sailor, with the best qualifications and certificates, will be your guide for the holiday, guaranteeing a state-of-the-art navigation.
– Chef: Onboard cook with years of experience and with a cooking course created in exclusive collaboration with Gambero Rosso Academy. He/she will take care of your shopping list, selecting only the best ingredients for your favorite dishes based on your menu preferences and the number of meals you would like to have on board, as well as keeping the common areas such as the kitchen and dinette in order.
– Hostess: An additional optional crew member, who will take care of the daily cleaning of the cabins and personal toilets, as well as providing additional support to the Chef for the cooking service. On smaller boats, it can also replace the role of the Chef with simpler and more informal meals, covering the cooking and cleaning service at 360°.

The nautical expertise of Spartivento group together with Gambero Rosso Academy in Palermo, a prestigious leader in the food & wine sector, has given life to a course of 10 highly formative lessons on the subject of kitchen on board, dedicated to all those who wish to undertake a professional career in this regard.
All the chefs selected as staff on board the SAILUXE catamarans received the Gambero Rosso Academy training, guaranteeing the highest culinary quality on board our catamarans.

The Sun Soul products by Comfort Zone are sustainable, with filters tested not to harm the marine environment, and highly biodegradable, with no silicones, sles or artificial colourings. The packaging is made from recycled plastic or from renewable sources, such as sugar cane, with CO2 offset. 🍃

NIO Cocktails has exclusively created for SAILUXE a ready-to-drink cocktail (or rather: needs ice only) inspired by the scents of Southern Italy, Calabria and Sicily. The mixologist Patrick Pistolesi, whose Drink Kong cocktail bar in Rome has entered the Worl’s 50 Best Bars, has created for us “Wild Sailor”, a cocktail with mineral flavors and citrus scents: Gin Tanqueray, basil bitter, Monin ginger syrup, Vermouth Dry Carpano, and the unmistakable Italicus and its bergamot note.
NIO Cocktails are perfect for a sailing holiday: their glass-free packaging will allow you to have a refreshing and regenerating cocktail professionally mixed for you, in a simple gesture. All NIO drinks are also suitable for vegan and vegetarian diets.
